June 10, 2024 A Spirit's Tale: How Maisy Star's Voice Lives On
Where should I begin? Well firstly, I’m dead, but my spirit is going strong,
thanks to my mom, Marybeth’s Love.
My Mom rescued me and then cared for me until I passed away in December of 2015, I was almost 12 years old.
In January of 2016, my Mom was speaking to her psychic medium friend, Michelle Santana. Michelle told my Mom to write about me, to help with my Mom’s grief.
That’s how the Maisy Star series began, except for one thing, my Mom started writing but my voice came out!
Crazy right? Crazy good I’d say because just being a memory is so….nice,
but having a voice gave me back my life in a very real way.
Except for the part about not having a body anymore.
Being a spirit is so much better. I’m an integral part of my Mom’s life and I’m helping her spread the word about Love and compassion for animals and the understanding that we are all connected.
I’ve included some photos from my physical life, that I hope you like. I wasn’t an official “therapy” dog but I did bring a lot of Love wherever I went.

This is Lois, my Mom’s other favorite dog. The book is one of the original books, sent to Lois’ Dads.
I was always welcome at my Mom’s friend Marilyn’s house.
That’s it for now. My Mom will be writing with me again, on the regular!
