August 28, 2024 A Day of Days: Looks like our website is a "go" on Earth, and in Heaven!

Today was THE day of days. It started with the Sangha meditation group and went wild with spiritual connections straight after that.

You know my Mom has been working with Patti Zorr, the book marketer, for months now (at least I hope you do).

My Mom had to hire someone to help market our books, because without people supporting our writing, no monies (other than my Mom's personal donations) will be generated in any TRULY significant way, to support the rescues and other charitable organizations my Mom loves and supports.

It's expensive to rescue animals and then care for them until they can be adopted. And frankly, not every rescue gets adopted.

If not adopted, a rescue organization will care for a goat, pig, horse, cow, dog, cat, bird, turtle etc., until their death. And how about this, a tortoise can live between 50 and 100 years! And a bald eagle for 35 years! Well heck, you've met senior horse Max that my Mom grooms, he's 39!

That's a lot of feed and hay and whatever tortoises and bald eagles eat!

Sorry to drift off topic!

Well, all of this to say that my Mom had another meeting with Patti Zorr, after Sangha.

So....after the Patti meeting, my Mom started continuing to type another post (7/17/24) into her computer, for the blog, and was re-reading about the morning my Mom saw her younger self (all relating to my Mom's mother's death).

Then Donna Caruso called, from John Trigo's accounting firm, in NJ.

Donna started talking about her 2 rescued Pomskies (dogs that are a Pomeranian and Siberian Husky mix).

The photo at the start of this blog, is a photo of them. You can see by their harnesses that their names are Han and Chewie!

(Seems there are Star Wars' fans in her family.)

And there it was, an immediate if not further cementing of a relationship between Donna and my Mom.

After discussing Donna's beautiful boys, my Mom told Donna to check out our website and Donna gave my Mom her personal cell number.

Well, my Mom started to add Donna to her contact list and noticed the "812" in Donna's email.

Now, my Mom has been emailing Donna probably for years but TODAY, "812" rang a bell, it's my Mom's godmother,

Aunt Virginia's birth date.

Aunt Virginia is probably THE most significant person in my Mom's entire life. Now, on the day my Mom is talking non-stop about her new website

and how exciting this new step in her life is, she makes a connection about the most important person in her life. Now wait...there's more...my Mom mentioned to Donna that her Mom died when she was 12 and Donna says in a text later, that HER Mom passed just before Donna's 12th birthday!

Well, we don't know what you believe or don't believe in but for sure my Mom thinks that there are no coincidences. And TODAY, she believes that both her Aunt Virginia and her mother are Blessing this new website and this next step in my Mom's life.

AND....my Mom told Donna that Donna's Mom is probably so proud of her for saving Han and Chewie. These 2 pups were picked up on the highway, by a police officer, as they walked aimlessly on the side of a HIGHWAY!! Good Lord!

Well, Donna and my Mom were both in tears today and happy that they connected in this truly wonderful way.
