July 26, 2025 Summertime Just Might Be The Best Time of The Year!
Seems like there's a LOT a LOT of enjoyment going on this summer.
My Mom's friends Mel and Andrea provide a lovely front yard view,for their cats Hawthorne and Jezebelle.
Both cats were rescued, Hawthorne from behind a store in "Hawthorne", and Jezebelle in Newark, both in New Jersey.
Well, now they are living one heck of a good life.

Mel and Andrea fostered Sylvester until my Mom adopted him.

He was one sweet, sweet, very sick boy, that my Mom didn't think was sick.
She believed the sweet part.
Remember Mom's friends Mary and Eva, from the Liberty Bell post of 7/12/25?
Well, here's a gift they brought my Mom.
Seems Onyx has quite the reputation from coast to coast.
Oh! and more about Mel and Andrea.
Mel's pretty sure Mama wanted to show Mel her babies.

With Love, there is inevitable loss.
This summer, my Mom's friend Lisa, lost her boy Hudson.
Hudson was a true NYC boy who had THE Best Mom and life.

This time Mom's sister Robin attended and took this photo of the wedding processional!
The soon-to-be married couple's pups were SO happy to be a part of the wedding!

Swans are my Mom's symbol for LOVE, so I had to include it.

They are mellow companions, vigilant guardians (and maybe Onyx would respect him or her).

Mom's Godson, Jonah, is having THE Best summer, and so is his best friend Buddy!

Monica, one of my Mom's terrific law clerks, just had a baby boy.
His name is Matteo.
Matteo arrived at nearly 9.5 lbs.

Mom's friend Deb's puppy Cami, is not fond of lightening and thunder.
I'm not sure if she takes this position in anticipation of a storm or during one!

And of course, I have to share photos of our new relative, Alfie (Robin's dog).
He is THE cutest boy.
And has just about as much energy as his Mom, Robin.

Lastly, our weather has been a little crazy. We even had a hail storm this month!

We've had more yard work done here on the "ranch".
My Mom is continuing to work with Wiki, the horse, and Mom's friend Ray, came to visit from New Jersey.
